The organization manager can choose "Law firm" or "In-house legal department" under Settings → Organization → Organization type. The change does not affect your plan or data.
Yes. On the Firm and Enterprise plans the manager can set a monthly usage limit for each member on the Team Management screen; leaving it empty means unlimited. Managers are not limited.
Per member: number of AI operations and usage spent, most used modules, last activity and this month's usage against the limit; plus chats, generated petitions, uploaded documents and management actions such as invitations, permissions, contracts and API keys.
