The Contract Room opens a file for every contract and carries it from draft to signature. Upload the counterparty's draft; the AI reviews it clause by clause against your standards, flags non-compliant and missing clauses, and proposes a one-click fix using approved clause wording. Every version is kept, changes the counterparty made without telling you are caught, the approved text is locked, and after signing the contract moves to the Contract Repository automatically.
For contract-heavy companies the real problem is not finding the risk in a single contract; it is keeping the same standard across hundreds of contracts, not keeping business units waiting, and recording who accepted which deviation. The Contract Room is designed for these three problems.
When reviewing, the AI does not ask a generic "is there a risk" question; it checks the standards defined for the contract type: for liability cap, penalty clause, payment term, intellectual property, confidentiality, KVKK (data protection), termination, jurisdiction and more, the preferred position, acceptable fallback and red line are evaluated separately. Each finding is shown with an exact quote from the contract and its basis in Turkish legislation; no claim is made without support in the text.
Fixes and edits never rewrite the whole document: only the relevant lines change and the change is shown inline as a suggestion. Each acceptance creates a new version, and differences between versions are compared at word level. When the counterparty sends a new draft, it is compared with the text you sent and undeclared changes are highlighted.
When a contract is sent for approval its text is locked, so the approver approves exactly the text that will be signed. After signing, the contract's dates and notice period flow into the Contract Repository and deadline tracking starts automatically — the whole lifecycle from draft to signature to renewal is managed in one place.
Catch liability exclusions, excessive penalty clauses and long payment terms in supplier drafts within minutes.
Review frequently repeated contracts quickly against the same standard and add missing clauses with approved wording.
Review drafts received on behalf of clients and send versioned change proposals to the counterparty.
Keep a clear trail across versions without missing what the counterparty changed in each round.
Each clause is marked ✅ compliant, ⚠️ deviation, ⛔ red line or ➕ missing; every finding comes with a quote from the text and a legal basis (TBK, TTK, KVKK…).
The problematic clause is replaced with approved wording; the change is shown inline and you accept or reject it.
Instructions like "make the payment term 30 days" change only the relevant lines; the rest of the text is preserved.
Every round is saved as a version; clauses the counterparty changed without declaring are highlighted in red.
Contracts with red lines go to a manager for approval; the approved text is locked, so the signed text equals the approved text.
Dates, notice period and value of the signed contract flow into the Repository; expiry and notice reminders start.
Upload PDF, DOCX or UDF, transfer from the Legal Counsel canvas, or start from a standard template.
Go through the findings, fix with approved wording or instruct the AI.
Route for approval if needed, sign, and let the Repository track it.
The first review of a counterparty draft takes minutes instead of hours.
The whole team works to the same standard; the same clause is never accepted two different ways.
Undeclared changes are caught automatically in version comparison.
The approved text is locked; the signed contract stays identical to the approved one.
Signed contracts move to the Contract Repository automatically for deadline tracking.
Detailed standards prepared under Turkish law exist for service procurement, supply/purchase, confidentiality (NDA) and lease agreements. Employment, dealership/distribution, license/SaaS, sales and partnership agreements are reviewed with general standards.
You can upload PDF, DOCX and UYAP's UDF format; scanned documents are read with OCR. You can also transfer a contract you drafted on the Legal Counsel canvas to the Contract Room in one click.
Legal Counsel is for research, Q&A and quick drafts. The Contract Room is the workspace of a specific contract: repeatable review against standards, versions, approvals and the signature record live here. To ask about a finding, "Ask Counsel" takes the clause to Legal Counsel.
A contract with red lines is sent to an approver before it can become Ready to sign. During approval the text cannot be changed; if it is changed, existing approvals become invalid and a new approval is required. All decisions are recorded with their reasons.
The Contract Room is included in the Pro, Firm and Enterprise plans. The approval workflow and company-specific standards are included in the Firm and Enterprise plans.
Your contracts are visible only within your own organization, according to role and data-scope permissions. Data is stored encrypted on servers in the EU and is not used for AI training.
