Contract risk review
Review the contract clause by clause against standard positions.
The Risk Analysis module reviews contracts with the Contract Room engine and playbook rules (your firm’s own or Lawwit’s default). It applies checklists, especially KVKK (Turkish data protection), penalty clauses and termination, and lists findings by risk level. In the same module you can compare two versions of a contract or pull a sample contract from the document library.

Reviews the contract against playbook rules and KVKK, penalty clause and termination checklists; lists findings by risk level with the relevant clause and suggested wording.
Version comparison and page references

Tips
- Always say which party you represent; the risk assessment depends on it.
- Without a firm-specific playbook, Lawwit’s default playbook for the contract type is applied; contact us to set up your firm’s own rules.
